Each round has two 25-minute free practice sessions, a 30-minute qualifying session and a one-hour race. Cars of the Italian historic circuit racing championship (Campionato Italiano Velocità Autostoriche) also run at Misano, which makes the weekend fuller for spectators. Expect GTA, GTAm, GT Junior, GTV 2000 and Giulia Super.
The 2026 season opened at Mugello in April. Round 2 moved from the Tazio Nuvolari circuit to Varano de' Melegari in June, then the series visited Vallelunga in July and Spa-Francorchamps in September. Two overall winners will be crowned at the end of the season, and drivers must take part in at least three of the five rounds to be eligible for the title.
