The Flight of Elegance is Historics Auctioneers' late-spring sale. It is held at Farnborough International in Hampshire, a venue closely tied to British aviation, which is reflected in the sale's name. The 2027 auction is on Saturday 22 May, starting at 9:30am.
It follows the Symphony of Spring at Ascot in March and comes as the classic driving season gets going, so convertibles and summer cars tend to be in demand. The 2026 Flight of Elegance was held at the same venue on 16 May.
Lot details had not been published at the time of writing. Historics' 2027 catalogue, viewing schedule and bidding registration will appear on its website closer to the date. Third-party listings place the sale at Farnborough International's ShowCentre on ETPS Road (GU14 6FD).
Like other Historics sales, buyers can expect to bid in the room or remotely, with the full terms set out in the catalogue.
