Under GDPR (Articles 15-20), you have the right to access your personal data, request rectification of inaccuracies, request erasure, restrict processing, and receive your data in a portable format.
Email us at privacy@carseto.com with your request. Include your registered email address and describe what you need (e.g. copy of my data, deletion of my account). We will respond within 30 days.
We aim to respond to all requests within 30 days as required by GDPR. Complex or bulk requests may take longer; we will inform you of any extension.
We may hold: profile data (name, email, country), Garage cars and documents, listings you created, messages, and activity logs. We use this to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.
