ADAC Nürburgring Classic 2027 - 100 Jahre Nürburgring

The ADAC Nürburgring Classic is the historic race festival of the Nürburgring, and in 2027 it carries the centenary. The 11-13 June 2027 edition celebrates 100 years of the Nürburgring and 100 years of the ADAC Eifelrennen, whose opening race on 18 June 1927 started the circuit's history. The organisers have built up to the anniversary for several years under the motto Road to 100. The event is run under the umbrella of the Düsseldorfer Automobil- und Motorsport-Club 05 (DAMC 05), one of Germany's oldest motor clubs.

The official ticket shop describes a programme of 22 races and special runs with around 800 active starters. Historic racing series from several eras run on both the Grand-Prix-Strecke and the Nordschleife, which few historic meetings still use. Visitors get gridwalks and pitwalks, a historic paddock and the Grand Prix paddock with exhibitions and dealer areas, and classic and club meetings.

The festival is also aimed at families. Past editions added touches such as a 38 m Ferris wheel in the paddock. For the anniversary, watchmaker Hanhart has produced a limited special edition linking the circuit's history with mechanical timekeeping.

The Classic is part of a wider centenary calendar. The Nürburgring's own 100 Jahre Nürburgring fan event follows on 19-20 June 2027, and the Eifelrennen runs on 31 July and 1 August 2027.
