OLDTEMA Leipzig, which its organisers call „Das Original“, marks the end of the driving season and the start of the workshop season in Saxony. The 2027 edition is on Sunday 12 September, from 8:00 to 16:00, on the agra grounds at Leipzig-Markkleeberg.
The organisers' description of the most recent edition speaks of more than a kilometre of parts stands and almost 800 old- and youngtimers. It combines a parts market and exchange with a large vehicle meet. Commercial vehicles, East German cars, military vehicles and tractors are a regular part of the field alongside classic cars.
Many parts sellers can take part without registering, whether private or trade.
The organisers say the market has long been a fixture of the Saxon scene. The 2026 edition was held on 6 September.
