Rewind Tour Britain is Motor Racing Legends' boldest new idea for 2027. Running from Thursday 27 to Sunday 30 May, it is a four-day motorsport adventure inspired by the Tour of Britain of the 1970s, an event won by drivers including James Hunt, Graham Hill and Roger Clark.
Over about 540 miles, competitors tackle a mix of circuit racing, rally stages, hill climbs and road sections. The route starts at Thruxton and takes in Silverstone, Blenheim Palace and the military ranges at Caerwent and Epynt, before finishing at Bowood Estate in Wiltshire.
This is the first running of the event. MRL has reported strong early demand from competitors, but it has not yet said which cars are eligible, how entry works or what spectators can see.
For enthusiasts, the appeal lies in seeing one event combine so many disciplines across famous venues. Spectator information should follow from Motor Racing Legends nearer the date.
