The XXIII Circuito delle Valli Piacentine / Bobbio-Penice takes place on Saturday 7 November 2026, based in Bobbio, the Val Trebbia town voted Borgo più Bello d'Italia in 2019. It is a classic regularity event on the ACI Sport calendar, organised by the local club Bobbio Autosport A.S.D.

Crews tackle a new route of about 120 km across the hills of Bobbio, Cerignale, Corte Brugnatella and Ferriere, with 65 non-repeated timed tests and two tests counting for the Trofeo ACI Piacenza. The opening test runs on the Bobbio-Penice provincial road to Monte Penice, used in the past for the hillclimb whose first edition was won by Luigi Visconti di Modrone in a Bugatti 35 in 1929, followed by Clemente Biondetti in 1930.

Historic cars built up to 31 December 2000 are eligible, and up to 35 modern cars may follow under ACI Sport rules. Results apply the year-of-production coefficient, which keeps older cars competitive. The 2025 edition, held on 25 October, covered 126 km with 65 timed tests. The XXI edition was won by Andrea and Roberto Vesco in a Fiat 508 S. Entries opened on 30 September 2026.
