No. It's a one-time payment. No renewals, no subscription, no hidden charges. Checkout is handled by Stripe-Carseto never stores your card details after the transaction.

Yes. After purchase you get a link to a short form where you enter your company details. A VAT invoice is issued within 24 hours. If you're buying as an individual, you receive a receipt/confirmation by email.

You have 30 days to try everything. If Carseto doesn't help you better understand your collection's value within 30 days of joining, email us and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no questions asked.

Your collection is yours. You can export your Garage and Document Vault on an ongoing basis. In the unlikely event we ever wind down, we commit to a 90-day window where exports stay available before any data is deleted.

Founding Collector is a one-time, capped offer - 300 seats per market only, with the entry price set by your wave (from €149 while seats last in the current wave). It helps fund the build phase and rewards the people who shape the product with us. After launch, Collector Pro is a regular subscription at ~€317/year. The 300 lifetime seats per market are a small, fixed group; the long-term business runs on subscriptions and dealers.

We communicate launch timing by email to members and in product updates. The Founding Collector offer closes when the 300th seat in your market is taken, or on public launch - whichever comes first. See the date we publish in your confirmation email and on this page as we firm it up.

Yes. Your Garage and Document Vault are private by default. Documents are encrypted at rest. We never sell, share, or publish individual collection data for advertising.

Yes. Email marcin@carseto.com after purchase with the recipient's address and we can assign the Founding Collector status to their account, or help with a handover.

Early supporters get the best rate. The Founding offer is split into three waves of 100 seats: First Edition, Matching Numbers, and Concours. In most markets the one-time price moves from €149 to €199 to €249 across the three waves (Poland: €99 → €139 → €179); it rises after each wave so it reflects the growing value of the platform. The earlier you join, the less you pay - still lifetime access, same features.
